The Real Problem

Context

Appointment businesses need two very different experiences: a simple public path for visitors and a secure workspace for the team. Mixing both identities creates fragile permissions and generic agent answers.

TwoNomade separates the anonymous booking page from the authenticated workspace. One Clerk organization represents one tenant, while the shared concierge receives that tenant's published services, team, hours, language and knowledge at session start.

Visitors can speak or type in the browser. Six secured tools let the assistant answer business questions, check live availability, book, find, move or cancel an appointment without giving the model direct database authority.

01

Approach

I started with the trust boundary: who can read a workspace, who can change a booking and which context the agent is allowed to see. The interface came after the tenant and tool contracts were explicit.

02

Execution

Staff work inside an organization-scoped dashboard for bookings, offerings, team, hours, knowledge and the public page. Visitors enter only through the published site slug, never through a client-supplied organization ID.

The agent uses browser voice and text, rate-limited actions, live entitlement checks, idempotent bookings and atomic availability. It is an educational prototype with fictional demo data, presented here as a product build rather than a customer deployment.
