The Real Problem
POTESTAS already had a strong editorial language: large type, generative campaign images and motion that made the collection feel alive. The challenge was adding operational truth without flattening that identity into a generic shop.
I modeled 43 products for Sanity with variants, SKU and stock, then built a persistent cart, authenticated orders and a simulated checkout with server validation and Stripe wiring.
A bilingual AI concierge searches the same catalog, returns product cards, helps with fit and outfits, controls filters and can only read orders belonging to the signed-in user.

01
I kept GSAP, Lenis and the editorial layouts as the product's surface, while moving catalog truth, stock and orders into systems that can be validated on the server. Creative direction and operational reliability stay separate but synchronized.
02
The product model centralizes products, media, variants and AI settings. The cart persists each size and color choice, checkout rereads price and availability, and Clerk scopes order access to the signed-in user.
The Stripe integration and its safeguards are developed, but production payments are not verified. This portfolio mockup combines POTESTAS project imagery with a generated interface composition.
