The Real Problem
Context
Most visitors arrive from a TikTok live on their phone. The old path jumped from a message to WhatsApp to a quote, with no clear way to understand whether someone needed training or a custom project.
NOMADE brings the public site, an AI assistant, focused forms, authenticated accounts and an admin workspace into one traceable flow. The interface stays expressive outside and practical inside.
The platform is also proof of the stack I teach: the product is not a slide deck. It is the system running this site and the work behind it.

Approach
I separated the cinematic marketing experience from the operational workspace, while keeping one source of truth for offers, applications and business rules. The assistant guides; forms and admin create the traceable record.

Execution
The public layer uses the existing NOMADE motion system. Accounts and admin use native scrolling and quieter interfaces, so visual personality never gets in the way of daily operations.
Authentication, live data, qualification, assistant rules and bilingual copy are wired as one product. Every new coaching flow can now enter through the same controlled path.
